1. Minimum age: 18+
HubCascad is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create, hold, or use a HubCascad account. Where an account appears to belong to a minor, HubCascad may restrict, suspend, or remove it.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
HubCascad prohibits all content, conduct, or attempts involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or endangerment. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, child sex trafficking, inducing the creation or distribution of such material, and every other form of sexual exploitation of a child.
This prohibition applies to posts, comments, photos, videos, audio, profiles, messages, links, location requests, and every other HubCascad feature.
3. Report a concern in the app
Users can report content or an account without leaving HubCascad. From a post, open its options and select Report. From a conversation, open its options and select Report profile. Choose Child safety / exploitation of minors when applicable.
Child safety reports are prioritized in the moderation queue. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities. Do not send illegal content or potentially illegal imagery to support by email.
4. Moderation and enforcement
HubCascad reviews reports and takes appropriate action under the information available, these standards, and applicable law. Action may include content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account removal.
We may retain only the information necessary to review a report, protect the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties, as described in our data retention policy.
5. Cooperation with authorities
HubCascad complies with applicable child protection laws. Where a confirmed case or credible situation requires it, HubCascad takes appropriate action and cooperates with competent authorities in line with its legal obligations.
